Firm History
Berg, Rouse, Spaulding & Schmidt PLC was formed in 2000, and consists of four attorneys. Tom Berg, Ward "Sam" Rouse, Chris Spaulding and Rick Schmidt. Although we are a relatively new, and relatively small, law firm, our attorneys cumulatively have over fifty years of experience. Unlike some larger law firms, personal attention is a cornerstone of our practice. We understand the burdens faced by people who have been injured, and the importance of standing up to large insurance companies which may wrongfully deny claims or attempt to obtain unfair settlements from those who have been injured.
